HANDMADE KNITS & CROCHET & HANDCRAFT

This enables us to re-discover and emphasize essential elements of craftmanship that belongs to a long time ago.The embroidery, beading, sewing flower, sequin set off our fashional knitwear. All these be done by human hand.
MANUAL FLAT KNITTING MACHINERY
Manual knitting machines were strongly wanted by our company in order to preserve arts and traditions of our Chaozhou-Shantou region heritage. We discovered the urge to break through and make changes to the conventional way of manufacturing. manual knitting machinery represents a very singular element of research.
HALF-AUTOMATIC PROGRAMING AND INDUSTRIAL WEAVING
Our company guarantee privacy of our clients collections, the knitwear be used of both manual knitting machines and flat electronic machinery. Technology and craftmanship are perfectly brought together thanks to innovative ideas as to give life to sophisticated prototypes and production pieces within timing dictated by fashion schedules.
COMPUTER WEAVING
We must say that many trends have only become reality thanks to our partner cad dept and sophisticated electronic knitting machinery. This allows us to create highly performed fully fashioned knitwear from 3 to 14 gg and to test in the meantime luxurious and ultrafine yarn counts. This technology helps us to transform into “industrial weaving” what were excellent skills and ability of knitters.
WEAVING CONTROLL (PRODEEDURE CONTROLL)
All panels coming from weaving dept undergo close quality inspections thanks to a bright-light projector. A see-through hand device helps panels to be unrolled as to highlight weaving faults such as: holes and pulled strings. All defects are signaled with a sticker and readily repaired.
BASTING STAGE
Prior to linking is basting. weaved panels are basted as to un-roll edges of knits and allow linking to be carried out easily. Basted panels are then brought to launderette and then undergo water or dry treatments.
WASHING TREATMENTS
Weaved panels are brought to launderette and dry cleaned as to remove dirt and stains that appear during weaving procedure. Water washing treatment stabilizes fibers and stitch density. As to highlight prestigious characteristics of yarns, fibers undergo (according to different yarn contents) to mixed washing programs such as milling and softener treatments. We also boil yarns to achieve cooked wool. After rinsing excessive water, last step of washing treatment is the tumble dry procedure that allows us to control and test, thanks to electronic devices, remaining dampness.
PRE-PRESS
Before linking, washed panels are plate pressed generously on flat steaming and blowing platforms in order to straighten panels for upcoming procedures.
VOLUMES AND PATTERNS
After pre-press stage, weaved panels, when required, undergo to pattern cutting in order to achieve most particular volumes. With the upmost care on fitting and volume details, we prepare paper patterns and grading patterns. Weaved panels are now ready to be assembled.
LINKING STAGE
The most particular working stage is linking. Linking allows to join each stitch of weaved panels together. in this way we can un-stitch pieces if we need to without ruining garment. This is a very prestigious proceeding because totally carried out by hand and with extreme precision.
OVERLOCK SEWING MACHINES
The over lock sewing machine represents another way to linking, expescially for side seams of garments and arm seams. Even double chain seam can be un-stitched without ruining garment.
BINDING-EDGING MACHINE
Binding and edging machine allows to create a particular “shell” stitch or “cover” stitch that reminds us of our grandmothers old quilts. On knitted garments such stitches enhance neck and hem finishings.
FLAT-LOCK SEWING MACHINES
we have many types of sewing machines that can be helpful in many sewing proceeding, such as sewing the main label and carelabel, size label etc.
-cut and sew loopers
-ordinary sewing machines
-2 needle sewing machines
-3 needle sewing machines
with 2 needles and 3 needles, we can achieve particular decorative details especially if we use fancy yarns.
BUTTON HOLES AND BUTTONS
Button sewing machines and eyeleting machines are very useful in knitwear. Button sewing machine can attach 2 and 4 hole buttons and even shank buttons. Eyeleting machines can be adjusted according to gauges of knitted garments and can add decorative details to knits when fancy threads are used.
FINISHING STAGE
finishing stage, a very important proceeding, points out how much care is given to garment. this is carried out exclusively with the employment of needles and only by high skilled staff with remarkable hand-working performances. This proceeding adds value and highlights quality of garments and also emphasizes essential elements of craftmanship that belongs to our native country’s cultural tradition.
FINAL REVIEW
Final review represents last inspection and it is the most important stage of them all. At this point finished garment undergo to a very close inspection with the help of a bright-light projector. Knitted fabric and all seams are closely controlled by sight and hands. In that way upmost quality is guaranteed to clients.
IRONING
Before packing, knits are ironed. Knitted garments are first steamed and straightened on flat steaming and blowing platforms. temperature is strictly controlled by electronic devices. Neck finishings, hems and cuffs are all hand pressed by iron with upmost care as they represent very important details and emphasizes looks and beauty of garments.
PACKAGING
The last stage of our work is packaging. Hangtags that describe nature and quality of product are accurately placed on knitted garments. While folding garment, a tissue paper is spread between knits. it’s aim is to control moisture ratio and to keep unchanged appearance of knits. Garment is finally put in nylon polybags expressly pierced as to guarantee air-flow.
